Where does Two For Joy Deliver to?

We deliver worldwide. If you order before 3pm you can receive your order the next day (UK Only).

Do I have to sign for my delivery?

All of our deliveries are tracked and signed for.

Where is my order?

We use Royal Mail as our courier. They deliver between 8am and 5pm Monday to Saturday. Unfortunately, we do not get given a delivery time when an order is placed so we recommend that someone is at home when an order is due to be delivered. As all orders are signed for, please don't be worried if you have to leave the house; your order will be delivered to a neighbour or a calling card left giving you instructions of how to pick up your item.

If your order has not arrived within 7 working days, please contact us and we will find out when it was delivered and to whom.

In the unlikely event that your order has been lost, we will replace the item or offer you a refund.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?

We want you to be happy with your order. However, if you would like to return something, please remember the following;

  • Any item (full priced or sale items) can be returned to us for a refund within 14 days of receipt.
  • Items being returned must be in an unworn, unwashed, undamaged state. 
  • Return items including tags.

If these conditions are not met, we reserve our right to return the item to you in the same condition it was sent back to us.

We offer free returns on all our products.

Can I return a sale item?

Yes. Our returns policy is valid on all Two For Joy orders.

How do I return an item?

If you would like to return an item to us please notify us of your intention to return an item by either e-mailing us at info@2forjoy.co.uk or filling in a Contact Us form. 

Please provide us with your order number and the reason for returning the item. Then repack your item in its original packaging with labels and tags still attached. Make sure you include a copy of your original delivery note/ invoice inside the parcel. We require this to make sure we can apply the credit. 

Use the pre-printed returns label (UK orders only) and stick it on the front of your parcel, then send it through your local post office.

We reserve the right not to credit a return if the correct paperwork is not enclosed in the parcel. Please post the parcel back to us and make sure you obtain a receipt as proof of postage from the Post office as you will need this as your proof or return.

Is the delivery fee refunded if I return my item?

If you are in Europe and return your complete order within fourteen days after the day you get your goods, we will refund standard postage and packing costs you paid as part of that order (if any). If you paid for premium or express delivery, we will only refund the cost of standard delivery.

How long does a refund take to be processed?

If you would like to return an item, we will make a refund as soon as possible from the day we email you to confirm that you are entitled for a refund. Please note, it can take up to 14 days to process a refund. This is provided that the product is returned back to us within the 14 day returns period or is faulty. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

How do I return a faulty item?

If you have received a faulty item and would like a refund, please state the fault when contacting us via e-mail at info@2forjoy.co.uk or when filling in a Contact Us form and also on the copy of the delivery note/ invoice which you include inside the returned package.

We will then examine the returned product and will notify you of any refund you are entitled to via email within a reasonable period of time.

Faulty products returned by you will be refunded in full, including a refund for the delivery charges for sending the item. However if there is more than the returned/faulty item in the same order, the delivery charge will not be refunded. 

How do I exchange an item?

Currently we are unable to exchange an item bought online. If you have bought an item and wish to exchange it for an alternative size or colour, please return your purchase in line with our Returns Policy and make another purchase through our website.

I have not received my order. Where is it?

We use Royal Mail signed for delivery. If your order has not arrived, please contact us and we will find out when it was delivered and to whom. It may be that you were out and it has been delivered to a neighbour/ returned to the local collection office.
