Processing your orders
On the Two for Joy website, it is not possible to order products to be sent to Andorra, Canary Islands, Channel Island, Greenland, Gibraltar, Iceland, Norway, San Marino, Switzerland and Vatican City State
UK and ROI orders for Products in stock will usually arrive within 7 days (from acceptance of order). Parcels will be delivered by our Courier. Deliveries can only be made to the address of the name of the cardholder.
Orders for other countries will usually arrive within 28 days.
While we will endeavour to deliver products to you as soon as possible, we shall not be liable for any failure to make delivery within the time estimate stated above.
In the event that your parcel has not arrived after 14 days for UK and ROI orders (28 days for other countries) from dispatch we will begin our missing parcels procedure. You will be sent a missing parcel form which we would ask you to return giving us your permission to carry out a full investigation. Once we have received your completed form, we will resolve your claim within 28 days of receipt and a refund will automatically be credited to the credit/debit card which was used to place the order.
The Two for Joy Website is provided on a free of charge basis for your personal use on these Terms and Conditions. By using the Two for Joy Website you consent to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We add a charge of £3.50 per order (standard delivery) to cover UK postage and packing.
We add a charge of £6.00 per order for next working day delivery (orders must be received by 3pm Monday-Thursday to qualify)
For UK deliveries £50.00 and over, we offer free delivery.
For UK deliveries of £100.00 and over, we offer free next day delivery.
We add a charge of £4.95 per order to cover ROI postage and packing.
We add a charge of £6.95 per order to cover rest of EU postage and packing.
We add a charge of £11.95 per item to cover other International deliveries.

Returns and Refunds
Please note that we can only deal with returns bought directly from this website. All items can be returned free of charge using the label enclosed with your order.
If you have bought our products from another retailer the items must be returned to them in line with their returns policy.
We will refund any item you are unhappy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of the date you receive your order.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the items return back in time and we may refuse returned items where we reasonably consider that the items have not been returned in a saleable condition or received back in time.
When returning items to us, please place your returned goods in their original packaging and do not remove any labels or tags.
Items can be returned for free using the label enclosed in your order. Please obtain a receipt from the Post Office as proof that you have returned of your item. If you have lost the label, please Contact us.
Please note that unless products are faulty, we will be entitled to recover any direct costs of having to recover the products from you. In such an occurrence we may set such costs against the amount re-credited to you in the refund.
How do I Return an item?
We hope you are happy with your order, however if you are not, returning your item is simple.
If you would like to return an item to us please notify us of your intention to return an item by either e-mailing us at email@example.com or filling in a Contact Us form. Please make sure you provide us with your order number and the reason for returning the item and then repack your item in its original packaging with labels and tags still attached.
Please make sure you include a copy of your original delivery note/ invoice inside the parcel. We require this to make sure we can apply the credit.
We reserve the right not to credit a return if the correct paperwork is not enclosed in the parcel.
Please post the parcel back to us free of charge using the enclosed label. Please ensure you obtain a receipt as proof of postage from the Post Office as you will need this as your proof of return.
How do I Return a Faulty Item?
If you have received a faulty item and would like a refund, please state the fault when contacting us via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or when filling in a Contact Us form and also record the fault on the copy of the delivery note/ invoice which you include inside the returned package.
We will then examine the returned product and will notify you of any refund you are entitled to via email within a reasonable period of time.
How long does a refund take to be processed?
If you would like to return an item, we will refund you as soon as possible from the day we email to confirm to you that you are entitled to a refund. Please note, it can take up to 14 days to process a refund. This is provided that the item is returned back to us within the 14 day returns period or is faulty.
Faulty products returned by you will be refunded in full, including a refund for the delivery charges incurred when sending the item. If there is more than the returned faulty item in the same order, the delivery charge will not be refunded.
We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
